簡介
湖南環保科技產業園位於長株潭三市融城的交接中心,佔地15平方公里的湖南環保科技產業園是一座集生產、研發、商貿物流、教育培訓、商務辦公、休閒旅遊、住宅開發等為一體的工業新城。區域內有可開發用地8900余畝,其中工業用地1333畝,綜合用地3227畝,村民生產安置用地1400畝和已納入城市規劃的集體用地3000余畝。目前園內有汽車、工程機械及零配件生產基地、標準化廠房、總部商務花園及住宅配套、長株潭物流基地、清泉寺生態旅遊公園、紅星工業小區、長沙職教城後勤配套項目、同升休閒度假村、花卉藝術走廊等重點項目尋求合作。
Located in the central part of the intersection of the three cities of Chngsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan, covering an area of 15km2, Hunan Environmental Protection Sci-tech Industrial Park is a new industrial town integrating production, research & development, commerce & logistics, education & training, commercial office, leisure & tourism and real estate development. The industrial park has a land area of more than 8,900 mu for development, including 1,333 mu for industrial use, 3,227 mu for comprehensive use, 1,400 mu for resettling the local villagers and over 3,000 mu for collective land listed into the city plan. 1、汽車、工程機械及零配件生產基地
項目概述:位於園區核心區域,配套設施齊全,一期規劃總面積1800畝,已招商完畢,其中美的集團客車項目(300畝)已于2006年投產,曉光模具、湖南動力、新日域等汽車配套項目正在建設,二期規劃總面積為3000畝,擬通過長沙承東啟西、聯南貫北的區位優勢,重點引進國內外大型汽車整車及核心部件生產項目。

(1) Auto, Engineering Machinery and Fittings Production Base
Located at the core area of the industrial park, the project has complete supporting facilities. The first-stage project covers a planned land area of 1,800 mu and has finished its investment promotion work, e.g. Midea Bus Project (covering an area of 300 mu) began the operation in 2006, Xiaoguang Mould, Hunan Motor, Xinriyu and other auto accessory projects are under construction. The second-stage project covers a planned land area of 3,000 mu. Relying on the project’s location advantage of linking up the west and east and joining up the north and south of Changsha City, we focus on absorbing overseas and home large-sized auto and auto parts production projects.

2、標準化廠房
項目概述:規劃面積近400畝,總建築面積60萬平方米,按照城市工業房地產模式,建設5-7層框架式現代工業廠房,單棟廠房根據企業實際需要,面積為5000-20000平方米。項目定位於為中、小型企業、高科技電子企業提供孵化和生產加工場所,並由湖南省最專業的創業服務機構為入駐企業提供全方位的服務。
招商方式:1、土地出讓,由投資商開發建設廠房。 2、購買、租賃廠房
(2) Standard Workshops
Covering a planned land area of nearly 400 mu and a total construction area of 600,000m2, the project shall, according to the industrial real estate pattern, build 5 to 7-storeyed frame-structure modern industrial workshops, in which, single-building workshops with a construction area of 5,000 to 20,000m2 shall be built to meet the actual needs of the enterprises. We aim at providing small and medium sized enterprises and hi-tech electronic enterprises with incubation and production sites. The organization with highest professional enterprising service level in Hunan Province shall provide the enterprises settling in the industrial park with all-around service.

3、總部商務花園及住宅配套
項目概述:位於環保大道以南,萬家麗路兩廂,處於園區核心區域,總用地1792畝,其中商業金融用地912畝,計劃打造成擁有獨立產權、獨棟辦公、獨立冠名、風格獨特的花園式公司總部商務集群;住宅用地880畝,用於該項目的住宅配套。

(3) Headquarters commercial gardens and supporting residential houses
Brief introduction:Located to the south of Huanbao Road and on both sides of Wanjiali Road, the project lies in the core area of the industrial park and covers a total area of 1,792 mu, in which, 912 mu shall be used for commercial and financial land for the construction of garden-type company headquarters commercial buildings with independent property right, independent business handling, independent name and unique style, and 880 mu shall be used for the construction of supporting residential houses.

4、長株潭物流基地
項目概述:位於京珠高速與繞城高速交叉口西南角,規劃用地面積620畝,擬建設具備倉儲、分撥、配送功能並延展物流中轉、數據交換功能、聯運功能于一體的現代物流實體,配套設立貨運配載中心、物流配送中心、流通加工中心、集裝箱轉運中心,規劃設計貨物的年吞吐量超過500萬噸。物流基地交通區位優勢明顯,發展前景十分廣闊,將構築全國一流的現代物流大市場。

(4) Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan Logistic Base
Brief introduction: Located at the southwest corner of the crossing of Beijingzhuhai Expressway and Around-the-city Expressway, the base has a planned land area of 620 mu. The base shall be built into a modern logistic entity integrating such functions as warehouse storage, allocation, distribution, transhipment, data exchange and through transport. Consisting of goods transport center, logistic distribution cenetr, circulation and processing center and container transhipment center, the base has an annual goods handling capacity of 5 million tons. Enjoying convenient communications, excellent location advantage and bright development future, the base shall be built into a first-rate modern logistic market in our country.

5、清泉寺生態旅遊公園
項目概述:位於雨花區洞井鎮桃陽村,佔地1600畝,其中山地830畝,水面120畝,農田約650畝。清泉寺生態旅遊公園是我市“五朵金花”重點項目之一。該地塊森林覆蓋率較高,周邊環境現狀保護良好,自然生態資源充沛,區域內有千年古剎清泉寺,在長沙市享有“北有開福,南有清泉”之美譽。項目擬對現有的農房進行提質改造,調整山林、農田種植結構,增加相關公共配套設施,建設集特色山莊、特色種植、運動休閒、農家遊樂於一體的生態旅遊公園。
招商方式:投資商徵用少量山地、整體或分區域租賃開發。
(5) Qingquan Temple Ecological Tourist Park
Brief introduction: The project is located at Taoyang Village, Dongjing Town, Yuhua District and covers an area of 1,600 mu, including 830 mu of hilly land, 120 mu of water area and 650 mu of farm land. As one of the “Five Golden Flowers” key projects of Changsha City, Qingquan Temple Ecological Tourist Park enjoys fairly high forest coverage, excellent neighboring environment and rich ecological resources and benefit from the 1,000-year-old Qingquan Temple, which is wll known in the whole city. The project plans to improve the existing rural houses, adjust the local planting structure and build necessary supporting facilities and set up a ecological tourist park integrating characterictic villas, characterictic planting, sport leisure and rural tourism.

6、紅星工業小區

(6) Hongxing Industrial Zone
Brief introduction: Located to the east of Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway and to the south of Dongzhu Road, the industrial zone is the eastern development zone of Hunan Environmental Protection Sci-tech Industrial Park. It takes only 20 minutes to drive from the project site to Zhuzhou or Xiangtan. The project benefits from convenient communications and excellent geographical location. The project covers an area of 293 mu and has gone through the formalities for land requisition. 項目概述:位於京珠高速以東,距長沙汽車南站2公里,距京珠高速公路南入口1.5公里,交通便利,環境優美,是長沙市百里花卉苗木走廊的龍頭。項目佔地500畝,擬按照“集約開發、分區經營”的原則,開發建設成為以花卉苗木為龍頭,集古玩、字畫、根雕、石刻等文化藝術產品于一體的展示、交易中心。

(9) Flowers & Plants Art Corridor
Brief introduction:Located to the east of Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway, the project site is 2km away from Changsha South Bus Station and 1.5km away from the south entrance to Beijing-Zhuhai Expressway. Enjoying convenient communications and beautiful environment, the project is the dragon head of the 100-li Flowers & Plants Corridor. The project covers an area of 500 mu. In the principle of “intensive development, management in areas”, we shall build the project into an exhibition and transaction center taking flowers and plants as the dragon head and integrating curio, calligraph & painting, tree-root sculpture, stone inscription and other artistic products.
